After having a massage treatment try to relax for the rest of the day to feel the benefits of the treatment.

Drink plenty of water, this will help to aid the detoxifying process and rehydrate the body.

You may experience a slight drop in body temperature, stiffness,frequent visits to the toilet, runny nose or coughing this is a normal reaction as your body goes through the repairing phase.

Do not eat a heavy meal after a massage treatment as your digestive system has been stimulated, therefore you may feel nauseous.

Avoid drinks containing caffeine and alcohol for at least 12 hours.

Avoid smoking for at least 12 hours.

Regular massage treatments are recommended for maximum benefits.
